Not Half a Ton |
In fact the blasted media seem to have a problem with everybody's weight. Apparently, one must be the perfect weight because one never finds oneself in the newspapers or silly magazines in reference to this matter. But one digresses.
In an interview with 'Marie Curie' magazine Adele put the entire matter of her size to rest by saying simply
'I don’t make music for eyes, I make music for ears.'
And one finds oneself in complete agreement with this. People have to learn to accept themselves as they are and not pander to the likes of silly journalists, the media and whatnot! I mean who are the media to judge this young woman? Half of them are on drugs anyway and the other half are just stupid.

Other advantages will be that if her voice goes she will be able to fall back onto a career in wrestling. Although she may have to change her name to something that reflects her image. Something like 'The New Yorker Porker' or 'The Gut-bucket from Nantucket' or how about 'The Fat-un from Manhattan' Well anyway it's all beside the point.
One is proud that this young woman stands up to media stereotypes and is an example to everyone.
