This time round he failed to make it as Prime Minister, thus making himself vulnerable to arrest and imprisonment, despite being convicted of numerous crimes.
At present he has twenty pending cases against him all of which carry custodial sentances.
To date, this is what some of the things this fellow has been up to;

- 6) False accounting on All Iberian 2 : not guilty (law changed)
- 7) False accounting on Fininvest Media Group Consolidated : statute of limitations
- 8) Embezzlement, tax fraud and false accounting on Macherio estates:

One just can't believe it! I mean look at all those charges! It's a disgrace. In my day you wouldn't be a man of any worth if you got yourself into a situation like this! Fancy getting caught?!! The man is a fool leaving evidence for all those crimes and misdemeanour's lying around for the police to get their grubby little hands on to.
What he should have done was to burn all the evidence not hide it. Got a tricky witness? Then pay them off! Got a problem with someone wanting to be honest? Then threaten to shoot them! Got a witness who wants to stand on principle? Then kidnap one of their children, then you'll see where their blasted principles go I can tell you. Err... well I can't tell you actually err but apparently that is what happens... so they say...
